I am Sara. I have more than 20 years in Luxury Retail, Real Estate and Hospitality. We established Las Vegas in 2014 and have grown to include Utah and Arizona. My rental portfolio features homes that are in the best neighborhoods, school districts and offer more that the average rental. They are tastefully decorated and furnished with the comforts you won't find anywhere else. Often our tenants want to buy our homes because it is so hard to leave once you settle in.

How we are different from traditional property management company?
In my experience property management companies do not cater to the type of clientel we serve. From how we screen tenants to the move in process, it is all designed to create peace of mind for you as an owner, your neighbors and your HOA.
Unlike short term rentals that create animosity in tight knit neighborhoods our tenants typically stay 3-12 months.
Our team handles everything from furnishing, photography and marketing to maintenance and even weekly or monthly cleaning.
Our process ensures that properties are maintained at the highest standard to preserve your resale value in the future.
